An initial service that will be evaluated and improved using learner experience, feedback and delivery evidence.

Who is it for?

Adults interested in practical learning, including beginners and people returning to education.

Do I need experience with AI?

No. The proposed beginner courses are intended to help people take their first steps.

What does membership cost?

The proposed price is £10 monthly or £80 paid annually. Final inclusions and terms will be confirmed before subscriptions open.

Is support available 24/7?

The intended model includes round-the-clock online learning and automated AI support. Active channels and allowances will be confirmed at launch. Human support will operate during published hours.

Can I call or message the centre?

Telephone, SMS, WhatsApp and email are planned parts of the service. Only confirmed active channels will be presented as available.

Will I speak to AI or a person?

Automated interactions will be identified as AI. Human assistance will be available through the published support process.

Will I receive a qualification?

We do not promise a recognised qualification. Any completion certificate will clearly state what it represents.

How will my progress be reviewed?

The intended approach combines practice, assessment evidence, learner feedback and human review where needed.

Can I suggest a course?

Yes. You can share your interests using the course-suggestion form on the homepage or the Help & Contact page.

How do I cancel?

Final cancellation and renewal information will be published before subscriptions are taken. We will not invent terms before they are confirmed.
