A pilot is an initial service that we will evaluate and improve using learner experience, feedback and delivery evidence. Launching this way lets us confirm what works before opening more widely.

Adults interested in practical learning — including beginners and people returning to education — who want to help shape something new.

Founding members can suggest courses, share what's working and flag what isn't. That input directly informs what we build next.

Automated AI support
Intended to be available around the clock for explanations, practice and routine enquiries. 24/7 availability means you can learn any time — it does not mean unlimited telephone usage.
Human support
Supports educational standards, reviews concerns and handles matters requiring human judgement. Operates during published service hours.
Before you pay
Final membership inclusions, course availability, communication allowances and subscription terms — including cancellation and renewal — will be available before payment is taken. We will not collect payment until the joining process and terms are ready.
